rMP7304362bd7ef: Update support text with a better call for donation

Summary

Instead to provide figures of project costs, we explain why we need
a donation, and offer a call for action.

The wire transfer and Paypal instructions are presented in two columns.

Test Plan

Ensure CSS grid works fine at < 710 and > 710px.
