Allow /datacube to use a dedicated zfs pool

Description

The new server for WindRiver contains 3 SSD disks of 500 Gb:

  • The first two are attached to the default pool arcology, in RAID mirroring
  • The last one can be used for /datacube in a dedicated pool

That means we need to be able to specify a pool and an optional prefix:

Probably easier to manage and maintain to name the second pool with any arbitrary name and use EXACTLY the same code for datacubes on default pool or secondary pool.

As a synonym from arcology, for the new WindRiver server, we can pick from Citizen Sleeper greenway as pool name.
