Description

Obsidian has CSS/JS support for Datatables.

We should upgrade this code to use last Bootstrap 3 compatible version:
https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap

It's also possible to combine this upgrade with a port to another CSS framework (including Bootstrap 5, Bulma or Tailwind)
