Per http://php.net/manual/en/bzip2.installation.php the setting is --witb-bz2 and not --enable-bz2.

D96 takes care of the issue on nasqueron/phabricator, so we can decrease the priority.
Relevant log part of the docker build test run is available at P136.

dereckson added a project to T597: /usr/local/etc/envvars: Permission denied in runit initialization script: good-first-issue.
In rDPHPFPM repository, you can add test/error code in /usr/local/bin/runsvdir-init.
dereckson lowered the priority of T597: /usr/local/etc/envvars: Permission denied in runit initialization script from Normal to Low.
This only occur when a USER app ; <commands ; USER root sequence is interrupted when we inspect the container at this step.

What's going on is the export > /usr/local/etc/envvars fails, at the user app doesn't have write access to /usr/local/etc.

Decreased priority, as I've pushed manually (docker push nasqueron/arcanist) a working image built on Dwellers.
The domains docker.nasqueron.org and docker51.nasqueron.org are now whitelisted for Let's encrypt.
