GitHub repository requires authentication, https://verdaccio.org/docs/cli-registry gives solution to prepare a private registry.

As a temporary solution to fix Spectacle, I've upgraded the dependencies [1] and published a package to GitHub packages repository [2].

Currently, the image runs on Buster, so we're more up to date:

Fix license (it started to be more complicated than trivial config). Remove autogen/source file info from rOPS.

The former parser was for PHP 5.5.8, we're now up-to-date with PHP 7.1.6 (Phabricator constraint, our image is PHP 7.4.10).

I've rebased our production branch on top of it.

Zammad - T1105 - looks better nowadays and a better fit for modern ticketing desk.

zsh + starship looks a good solution too, but it's not packaged for Debian.
