I tried pip install salt==3006.8, but it brings the same strange issue : AttributeError: cannot access submodule 'cmdmod' of module 'salt.modules' (most likely due to a circular import)
(same in WindRiver)

@yousra I think pip install salt==3006.8 should work, with dependencies.
Salt dependencies are reasonable enough to add to requirements.txt:

Pending Anubis deployment, I've set temporary mitigation up in D3947, it clearly improve comfort of use of DevCentral, pages load virtually instantaneously like before.
It was a nice work and comprehensive: NetBox, Salt, deployed.
Just a small note we should still reboot WindRiver:
- to validate "second chance route for Drake service" (D3897)
- to fix pam_nologin issue
