apply color palette The current brand color in frontend/tailwind.config.js is a generic blue (brand-500: #338dff). Once the brand palette is decided, update the brand color scale (50–950) and the status colors if needed. The palette applies to buttons (.btn-primary), links, focus rings, the overall status banner, and the navbar.
