To help ServicePulse admin to get an out-of-the-box configuration helping them: [ ] create a group "default" or "misc" to get the services by default -> goal: installations without too many service can ignore the notion of group

Default config exists in config/app.json (navbar title, buttons, footer). But there's no seed data (no sample services, no demo incident), and no first-run setup wizard.
