We should enable by default for every user the enhanced editing toolbar shipped in MediaWiki with Vector. In preferences, these two settings are: * wikieditor-toolbar-preference (Enable enhanced editing toolbar) * wikieditor-toolbar-dialogs-preference (Enable wizards for inserting links, tables as well as the search and replace function)
