#wikipedia-fr is the target of suspicious botnet activity. Client connects, joins the channel, then is seen exiting it with Excess Flood quit message. See P105 for some example. Mitigation with a primary goal of stop the join/quit flood is needed, and so an automatic ban of relevant IPs address will be implemented.
