79fd06342bb024ce gives an example of fix where before the test would fail, after it would work. As we can define several roots for states, we can just do the check for source: salt://roles/... without any need to query rSTAGING. It can be templated, if so we can skip it for "lint the repo", and do the check afterwards for "lint the built config".
