Currently, the repository contains an ect template
and per-server parameters JSON files.
The files seem to compatible with the https://ectjs.com demo.
This small build.js is a page generator for a server.
./build.js ysul will read servers/ysul.json to inject
parameters into tempaltes/index.ect.
