rOPS7a9943ba634b: Install bat, fd, fzf and hexyl

Summary

Modern CLI environment can benefit from the David Peter bat and fd projects.
We can also as a bonus provide Hexyl to represent hexadecimal data.

An other project refered by Vim plugins or is fzf, a fast fuzzy finder.
