Summary

Create new pillar entries uids and gids to maintain in YAML
dictionaries of users and groups instead of copying values from
documentation-file to pillars/roles files.

Test Plan
  • ensure each touched unit is no-op
  • unit tests added for pillars format

✅ Nasqueron infrastructure. Tested from WindRiver and Complector against WindRiver, Dweller, Hervil, web-001, Complector. No-op.

✅ Eglide (for Odderon). Tested locally. No-op.
