rVIPERWWW56d26744159a: Fix foundation-icon-fonts version

Summary

When trying to install bower dependencies on a fresh machine,
the following error is raised by bower:

bower foundation-icon-fonts#~3.0.0
ENORESTARGET No tag found that was able to satisfy ~3.0.0

The zurb/foundation-icon-fonts Git repository doesn't contain any tag,
so we can't force to a specific version.
