Reinstall gcc on Ysul

Description

Software upgrade is blocked by gcc, seems an issue gcc vs gcc5 naming.

I'm going to remove gcc and reinstall gcc5.

Packages we use must be reinstalled afterwards.

valgrind and py27-numpy are the only ones identified as currently in use.
