Prepare FreeBSD port for salt-wrapper

Description

salt-wrapper is as easy as fetch, don't build and run "make install" to install on FreeBSD, so a port should be really trivial.

After this is done, we should consider to revert rOPS D1026 if packages are available too for the Linux distros we target.
