Answering a comment T1550 sending a mail reply to T1550+...@devcentral.nasqueron.org hasn't been processed, same for previous try at T1533.

Yet, it worked previously fine, e.g. at T823#8585.

We should review the current incoming mail configuration as Phabricator changed a little how this configuration is formatted.
