Zalando published a clear 3D visualisation in d3.js:

Those tech radar allows teams to align on priorities.

For example, the Assess/Test is similar to our Product evaluation board.

Note we don't currently have a website for our software to publish that. Something like infra.nasqueron.org where we can present all our software would be nice.
