Update WindRiver information

Description

Following this hardware incident, https://status.scaleway.com/incidents/k9tbnhy25d3l, Scaleway provisioned a new machine with our hard disks inside.

The new machine is in the same datacenter, DC5, in a near bay.

We need to update network information:

  • IP: 51.159.18.59 -> 51.159.17.168
  • IPFO: we don't have IPFO for that machine
  • IPv6: can be the same range

We also need to ensure we can access to the machine.
