backend/README.md documents: full directory structure, dev/test commands, MVC resource creation guide (6-step pattern), JWT authentication (generation via Docker/Node, login flow, verification endpoint), health check system (auto-monitoring with URL, 60s interval, configurable), and code conventions. Token lifecycle and JWT_SECRET rotation behavior documented.
