As we're already in February, it's time to discuss budget questions.

For that, we need to have a small administrative discussion to answer some questions:

• Status: directly for Nasqueron or through Wolfplex?
  • The Nasqueron budget can be part of the Wolfplex budget, but that just moves the question
  • We could also define our own budget here for clarity

• Donations
  • Do we want to accept donations?
  • What's the funds are for?
  • What's our current budget?
  • How to be transparent with donations?

The main cost for Nasqueron is our servers infrastructure, around 2400 EUR per year, currently mostly paid by @dereckson while @Sandlayth pays the VPS for Eglide (around 60 eur / year).

Other costs are less straightforward but we would really like to support travel for developers, like reimburse a 10 EUR train ticket from home for students helping us as volunteer or intern.
