Move Jenkins agent ports to correct server ranges

Description

Per RFC 6335, ports in range 49152-65535 are for clients to open a temporary TCP session.

We use the following ports for servers to move accordingly:

  • 50000: Jenkins controller's port for JNLP-based Jenkins agents - CD
  • 52000: Jenkins controller's port for JNLP-based Jenkins agents - Test
  • 55000: Jenkins controller's port for JNKP-based Jenkins agents - CI
