According https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/issues/2078 a new release 15 days ago fixed some issues.

We should update our instance.

A build isn't available.

Let's fork the tvelocity/dockerfiles repository to keep their installation system, but use the last Git version instead of a release.

P104 is the candidate Dockerfile.
