Description

http://ci.nasqueron.org hosts our Jenkins installation.

The Java server must be restarted when we update it, or when a plug-in is added, so a 502 page with an auto-refresh feature would be nice.

The Java process now restarts rather quickly, with a waiting page explaining the server is launching, with ab autorefresh feature.

So, we can clearly provide the generic 502 page (it has a refresh page call for action) instead.
