Description

Currently, GitHub payloads are published to a github_events exchange on the broker.

If we don't need to get GitHub events in the original format through AMQP, we could make this feature optional.

Increasing the priority following T792.

If we don't use it and nobody else does, we can remove the feature instead making it optional.
