Description

We currently have RAM issues on Ysul and Dwellers.

We want to:

order a XC 2016 with 16 Gb RAM as new hypervisor
move Dwellers to this hypervisor with 12 Gb RAM
move Ysul to this hypervisor, and assert two NICs are available
decommission Stormshear
