@Sandlayth could you on DevCentral container does a tail -n 100 -f /var/tmp/phd/log/daemons.log and look a little bit?
I suspect a git pull operation fails, but from what repo?

I think that could come from the staging area: the SSH server for the staging area doesn't seem to be reachable.
