yousra added a task: T2200: Install mtr everywhere.

A package mapping is added in map.jinja to handle OS differences:

mtr on Linux distributions
mtr-nox11 on FreeBSD

The installation of mtr has been added to all servers to facilitate network debugging.

mtr is installed.
