router-003.nasqueron.org -> 178.32.70.111
public-vip-carp.nasqueron.org -> 51.68.252.230

This enables forward DNS resolution for the public router IPs
and the shared CARP virtual IP.

1.Review the added DNS resolutions.

2.Deploy the updated zone through Salt.

3.Verify that added forward DNS resolutions works correctly.

Increase the SOA serial so secondary name servers detect the changes and perform a zone transfer.
Ensure DNS records are placed in alphabetical order within the zone file.
