(I don't agree with tofu fmt / terraform fmt choice "When multiple arguments with single-line values appear on consecutive lines at the same nesting level, align their equals signs" as it rewrites every lines when we add a new argument)

(We can't generally even use .git-blame-ignore-revs as it mixes the two in the same commit, except if we first add new content, then reformat)
