T1233: Odderon systemd service doesn't start anymore

Summary

Until recently, systemd allowed arbitrary executable values,
but now it requires an absolute path to the executable.

Fixes T1233.

This is a follow-up for f7788aa6.

Actually, new darkbot source code doesn't generate a pid file, and it's not as useful as to provide a wrapper (viz. we never used once systemd reload odderon).

So, instead I'm going to drop this line in D1016.
