This case is a little peculiar, as the ftp/website is a subfolder of rFTP.
Non sites are cloned in software/, a symlink has been created to wwwroot.
This can be used to serve index.html only on HTTP, or to provision directly
the FTP jail (something like /usr/jails/ftp/var/ftp)
