Summary

Snap allows to install Starship on linux too,
even for Fedora and Debian where it's not distro-packaged.

Fixes T1539.

Everywhere?

stderr:
    error: snap "starship" is not available on stable for this architecture (armhf)
           but exists on other architectures (amd64, i386).
