rOPS9f96f0ba42e2: Move scripts to relevant units
Summary

Those scripts are intended to be run on any RedHat server
or any webserver with Let's Encrypt certificates, so they
can be deployed to the bin directory of the relevant servers
where we can use them.

Python script reformatted to comply with black code style.
