Site was initially assigned to Alkane PaaS, but it's easiest to manage it
from WindRiver, as that's the server where we built FreeBSD packages.

The FreeBSD repository has been recreated through the freebsd-repo role.
Configuration as code for RHEL packages doesn't currently exist,
while RHEL 7 content is oudated, all the servers are on 8+.
Serve a 503 while we investigate how to best prepare RHEL 8 packages repo.
