The `roles/devserver/userland-software/dev` role can't anymore be rendered from Jinja. Some keys are missing in the map.jinja. It seems the default block (generally Debian) must also have the key, even if the package/prefix target other OSes, as grains_filter_by uses the default dictionary to get the list of keys of the final dictrionary.
