Summary

This is a follow-up for 72588f2d.

Fix the following issue:

[02:11:54] Tcl error in file 'Wearg/eggdrop.conf':
[02:11:54] wrong # args: should be "set varName ?newValue?"
    while executing
"set realname RabbitMQ broker client"
    (file "Wearg/eggdrop.conf" line 36)
[02:11:54] * CONFIG FILE NOT LOADED (NOT FOUND, OR ERROR)
