Provision /var/51-wwwroot with *51.domain.tld sites.
The idea is to allow more easily to chmod home directories as 700,
storing elsewhere any content reachable by another user, like here
a repository with a staging version of a website.
The queer directory name avoids autocomplete issue on wwwr<tab>.
