Summary

Federation is now available. This change enables it.

Some issues can exist federating with Mastodon, but config
is probably stable.

dereckson added a task: T1481: Deploy Pixelfed on Docker PaaS.

This configuration is for Pixelfed old versions.

We should first update PixelFed and check the relevant doc.

Currently, the documentation states:
