Summary

CodeClass::getClassName allows to get class name with namespace
CodeClass::getShortClassName returns only the class name

Test Plan

This is used in Zed for XmlDocument serialization:

$key = CodeClass::from($value)->getShortClassName();

Unit tests provided.
