sr and sr-ec language codes don't match latin script.

According https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serbian_language, section writing system, and according CLDR documentation, and also according https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T97882, the sr language code doesn't make any assumption on alphabet.

As such, it could stay.

There are two several codes in the latin whitelist: the sr-el and sr-ec codes:

  • sr-ec = cyrillic script
  • sr-el = latinized script
