Description

As Hudson isn't maintained anymore, it makes more sense
to use JENKINS_URL instead of HUDSON_URL.

Plan

Initial plan was to get rid directly of the environment variable.

New plan is to deprecate it in 1.x, and get rid of it in 2.x.
