Description

In T149, we created a Poudriere installation for port testing.

Redports were a public web service by Decke with a Tinderbox installatino, currently down.

Tinderbox has been reported as 'broken' on EFnet #bsdports.

This tasks calls for a more thorough assessment of the situation.
