Description

Jitsi Meet offers a video chat. This solution is interesting as it's open source and offers encryption.

It offers integration and bridge capabilities, for example with XMPP.

@amj offers to create such an instance.

Components to implement :

[https://github.com/jitsi-contrib/prosody-plugins/tree/main/event_sync Event Sync] to fire notifications when an event occurs (room created)
Discussion on jicofo to mine log to get events
