Allow Darkbot to connect to IPv6

Description

Currently, darkbot only allows to connect in IPv4, IPv6 capability would allow to connect easily to Libera, as HE network is trusted, but not OVH or Iliad/Scaleway/Online networks.

Libera accepts connections in IPv4 and with SASL we can connect from Scaleway network.

IPv6 is still desired so we can choose to use HE network, or pick a vhost, or have access to more servers than just IPv4 ones, and more importantly, we'd like to have a fully working dual IPv4/IPv6 stack.
