php83-exif and php83-pecl-imagick was missing.

The PECL is tricky as it's compiled against full ImageMagick version, not the no-x11 one, but swapping those package doesn't seem to install any extra dependencies.

We can remove exif from saas-nextcloud if moved directly to Alkane.
