Description

We want to only have Tasacora-related notifications on Freenode-#tasacora.

We could add in this class in addition to notifications channels an option to filter by project.

PhabricatorBotFeedNotificationHandler is broken in upstream since spring 2015.

We're preparing an alternative at T581. I'm currently working on T593, which has been tested from Phabricator and work well.

T581 now takes care of notifications.
