Description

As we're in the process of upgrading and tweaking Ysul, we can ensure every service is started at boot time, network is well configured and so operational state is validated.

Ubald configuration is deemed out of scope of devserver validation.

Also, if we could avoid those 8 years-long "Validate"-as-epic tasks and create instead Kanban boards, that would help.
