Migrate Wolfplex and Zed Phabricator to acquisitariat / nasqueron/phabricator

Description

Two containers still use legacy yesnault/ Phabricator image, instead of Nasqueron one.

Furthermore, the databases aren't managed on our acquisitariat instance.

We should migrate them, similarly of the way we migrate Etherpad in T369.

To play safe, we should also remap DevCentral as devcentral_ instead of phabricator_. A separate task has been filed for that, T563.
